Terms of Service

Effective: July 1, 2026

Membership

  • Membership: $49 one-time payment for lifetime access
  • All sales are final. No refunds
  • Membership grants access to the GRITTY community platform and its features as they exist today and evolve over time

Conduct

  • Post real workouts and honest updates
  • No harassment, hate speech, or targeting of other members
  • No spam, self-promotion, or affiliate schemes
  • No sharing of medical or dietary advice unless you're qualified to do so
  • Violation of these rules may result in account termination without refund

Content restrictions

  • No nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind
  • No violent, graphic, or gore content
  • No content that promotes illegal activity
  • No content that harasses or targets specific individuals
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and terminate accounts responsible for repeated violations
  • Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds

Content ownership

  • You own the content you post
  • By posting, you grant GRITTY a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform
  • You are responsible for content you post — GRITTY is not liable for member-generated content

Media limits

  • Images: up to 4 per post, 5MB each
  • Videos: 1 per post, 75MB max, 60 seconds max
  • Media exceeding these limits will be rejected
  • GRITTY reserves the right to remove any media that violates these terms

Fitness disclaimer

  • GRITTY is a community platform, not a medical service
  • Consult a physician before starting any fitness program
  • GRITTY and its operators are not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from workouts you perform
  • Track your workouts at your own risk and always prioritize proper form and safety

Creator / Trainer Content

  • GRITTY allows select verified trainers to post gated content, unlockable by other members via a one-time payment displayed on the trainer's profile
  • Unlock fees are set individually per trainer and are separate from GRITTY membership fees
  • All unlock purchases are final. No refunds, for any reason, including trainer inactivity, content removal, or account termination
  • An unlock grants lifetime access to that specific trainer's gated content on GRITTY. It does not transfer, expire, or apply to any other trainer
  • GRITTY is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or outcomes of any advice, programs, supplement or dietary information, or other content shared by trainers, gated or public. Fitness disclaimer above applies equally to trainer content
  • Trainers are independent members of the community, not GRITTY employees, contractors, or agents. GRITTY does not endorse or verify claims made in trainer content beyond the "Verified Trainer" badge indicating admin-approved trainer status
  • GRITTY may revoke trainer status at any time for violation of these Terms, at which point that trainer's gated content may be removed. Members who previously unlocked that trainer's content are not entitled to a refund
  • Payment processing for unlocks is handled via Stripe. GRITTY is not liable for payment processing errors, delays, or disputes outside its control

Account termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms
  • Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances

Changes

  • These terms may be updated over time
  • Continued use of GRITTY after changes constitutes acceptance
